Senior Site Architect

- Coordinate closely with the PRE Design Team and provide technical expertise to support the smooth execution and progress of site activities. - Monitor and oversee architectural construction works to ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, and quality standards. - Coordinate and manage third-party site supervision teams, including participation in site inspections, testing, and quality assurance activities. - Attend and contribute to project progress meetings with Project Management Companies (PMCs), contractors, consultants, and other key stakeholders. - Prepare regular site progress reports, providing updates on project milestones, risks, challenges, and recommended actions. - Review site issues and propose practical, timely solutions in coordination with the Contractor and PRE Design Team to ensure project objectives are maintained. - Support effective communication and collaboration among all project stakeholders to facilitate successful project delivery. - Reports directly to the Project Manager. - Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution. - Minimum 10 years of experience with a strong portfolio focused on Hotels, Residences, or large-scale Mixed-Use projects. - At least 2 years of experience working in an international project environment, preferably involving multicultural teams and global design standards. - Strong background in construction, project management, and stakeholder management. - In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry, including hotel operations and market trends. - Experience in quality assurance and compliance. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Knowledge of local building regulations and planning approval processes. - Excellent communication, coordination, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
